A manufacturer moved from legacy NAV to Business Central with me as the single contact for analysis, development and migration. Result: a 40% faster month-end close.
Challenge
Earlier attempts with classic consultant teams had stalled on hand-offs: analysis, development and support sat in different teams, customizations broke on updates, and the close dragged on.
Solution
I captured the processes myself, rebuilt the critical customizations as upgrade-safe AL extensions, and migrated and reconciled the data personally. Short paths instead of ticket chains, decisions made directly in conversation.
